Villa Serenity offers you the experience of a wonderful holiday in front of the Caribbean Sea.
The villa can be rented as a whole and exclusively for you and your guests, with the option of renting 10 bedrooms or 6 bedrooms.
Minimum rental periods are 4 nights, for a maximum of 22 guests or 12 guests.
Pets are not allowed.
You can make your booking directly online, using the booking form, by sending us an email or by calling us. Check the availability calendar for yourself.
By booking directly through our website, not only are you guaranteed the best experience, but prices will also be cheaper as there are no third party commissions to pay.
A deposit of 50% of the total amount is required, to be paid within 7 days of confirmation of availability.
The remaining 50% must be paid by the guest 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. This applies to all periods except the festive period (20 December to 10 January). For the festive period, a deposit of 50% must be paid at the time of booking and the remaining balance at least 90 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
In the event that the booking is made less than 30 days in advance, the booking will be confirmed and guaranteed with full payment of 100% of the rental, meal plan and any special event packages.
Once your booking is confirmed, our manager will contact you and provide you with a document that will help us gather the necessary information for your holiday arrangements, including airport transfers, food and beverage planning, special requests and activities you would like to do during your stay.

Fees and charges
Included with the rental of Villa Serenity:
- Full access to the entire villa, swimming pool and services.
- Staff and service: manager, room and laundry attendants, chef/cook, bartender, maintenance and security team.
Guest Meal Plans:
- Adults (12+): 85 USD pax/day
- Children (4-11 years): 40 USD pax/day
- Toddlers (under 4 years old): FREE
Meal plans are optional and will be planned with the group prior to arrival to accommodate preferences, dietary needs or allergies. The daily flat rate includes shopping, preparation and service of 3 excellent meals per day by our chef, plus cocktail hour snack service and all soft drinks, sodas and fresh juices. We also include a complimentary starter bar on arrival, as well as the following beverages:
24 Dominican beers-Presidente, Brugal Extra Viejo Rum, Brugal White Rum, Absolut Vodka, Gin, 3 bottles of white wine, 3 bottles of Cava Jaume Serra.
Any extra expenses, such as alcoholic beverages, transport, massage services and activities will be budgeted additionally.
